The "I to WE" flagship training program was successfully conducted in Kathmandu at the beautifully located Hotel Himalaya, known for its serene atmosphere, lush greenery, and calming views of the Himalayas. The peaceful setting significantly elevated the learning experience, offering participants not only a professional training environment but also a space for deep reflection and meaningful interaction.

This Kathmandu edition marked a significant milestone in the journey of the “I to WE” initiative, building on the insights and experiences from previous sessions held in Birgunj, Itahari, Nepalgunj, Bhairahawa, Pokhara & Chitwan. With each city, the program has evolved—adapting its content and methodology based on ground-level feedback and real-world application. The Kathmandu session featured these improvements, making it one of the most refined versions to date.

Participants representing a range of professional sectors and roles came together with a shared purpose: to grow beyond individual silos and foster a culture of collective ownership, mutual respect, and team synergy. The session focused on transforming the mindset from “I” to “WE” through a carefully designed mix of reflective activities, scenario-based discussions, group exercises, and interactive tools.

A standout aspect of the Kathmandu program was its ability to bridge traditional wisdom with modern productivity strategies. Technology was used not as a distraction, but as a tool to simplify learning, encourage collaboration, and support real-time reflection. The result was a highly engaging and relevant experience that connected deeply with participants on both personal and organizational levels.

Feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Participants described the training as “eye-opening,” “emotionally grounding,” and “practically transformative.” Many noted a renewed sense of clarity in their roles—not just as individuals, but as contributors to a shared mission. The collaborative spirit that emerged during the session continued beyond the training, reinforcing the core message that sustainable success comes not from solo effort, but from aligned, purpose-driven teams.

The setting at Hotel Himalaya was more than just a venue; it was a quiet partner in the process, creating an environment where learning could flourish and human connections could thrive. The calmness of the space enabled participants to disconnect from daily distractions and fully engage in the transformational journey from “I” to “WE.”

This session in Kathmandu not only reaffirmed the value of the “I to WE” movement but also laid the foundation for future trainings that will continue to empower individuals and organizations across Nepal.
